Quality of item--especially the 1/4" base--was satisfactory, as was the 1350 watts and 420 degree setting; easy cleaning of the two-lid "BUFFET SERVER" even without a nonstick coating. Check closely for the lowest price; same item listed twice on Amazon site. Suggest that any future recipe booklet include temperatures/time chart recommended for making various fried foods; only slow-cooker type recipies were provided.
